This weekend marked the last of Seth’s first holidays. Because of the way Easter fell on the calendar, he didn’t get to experience his first Easter until after his first birthday. To celebrate we had Stephen’s family over on Thursday night to dye Easter eggs and BBQ.
We went to Easter church service on Saturday, which was nice because we were able to miss the crowds. Then we were able to spend Easter morning lounging around the house.
Sunday afternoon we headed to Luke and Stacey’s house for a yummy Easter BBQ. Ribs, pulled pork, plenty of side dishes and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everything was delicious!
After eating we all had a blast hunting Easter eggs. Seth did a really good job, he would find eggs and throw them into his basket. Next year I think he will really enjoy Easter. I can’t wait!

So cute! I love his Easter outfit! I'm sad it's his last first holiday though...
